Who am I ?
Hello again, I'm Pradeep! (he/him).
A product designer with 5+ years of industry experience. Both my bachelors and masters were focused on human computer interaction as well, so navigating design challenges is what I was doing since last 8 years.
Previously @ Bryte, Torc Robotics and Samsung Research. I have an entrepreneurial mindset and I thrive in complexity, ambiguity, constraints, and ambitious teams.
I can think in various levels of abstraction, ranging from micro-level visual design & interactions to macro-level system challenges. I've created 0→1 experiences as well as owned designs for products used by hundreds of millions of people. My goal is to positively touch a billion lives and I believe there isn't a better time to do that.

Journey So Far
"Technology - Connecting the Dots - Storytelling"
These are the three things that always excited me since childhood. I had a technical pedigree clearing JEE - the toughest technical engineering entrance exam in India. But my knack for working on things from the birds eye point of view and connecting information gathered from different user conversations motivated me to pursue Bachelors in Design.
I was always interested in storytelling and that pushed me to specialize in media theory during Bachelors. With varied coursework I tried experimenting on how the same experience is communicated via different mediums. This interest led me to Samsung, where I worked on crafting user experiences that empower users to tell better stories to their own social worlds. I was lucky to work in the time where age old traditional camera, gallery applications are looking towards AI and AR revolutions to enable better storytelling. I had a lot of fun working on from scratch large scale projects requiring collaboration across multiple Samsung organizations around the world.

What are my Skills ?
My skills are T-shaped.
I have professional experience handling projects end to end from research to UX.
But my specialization lies in crafting core UX, rapid prototyping and pitching those experiences to different stakeholders.
What do I do, when I'm not working ?
I love to cook, especially south indian cuisine
I love riding motorcycles & Gokarts
